Poslovni zajtrk s pogledom v 2022 "Back to the BA Roots"

Ker želimo začeti novo leto pozitivno in usmerjeni v prihodnost, vas lepo vabimo, da se nam pridružite na že četrtem IIBA poslovnem zajtrku. Tokrat se bomo najprej vrnili h koreninam in temeljem, nato pa pogledali kakšni trendi, smernice in novosti bodo zaznamovali 2022 na področju poslovne analitike. Letos se nam bo na poslovnem zajtrku, kot predavatelj pridružil tudi Stefan Bossuwé iz IIBA Brussels chapterja (več o njegovem predavanju spodaj).

Udeležba na dogodku je brezplačna, potrebna pa je predhodna prijava. Dogodek bo potekal virtualno.
IIBA poslovni zajtrk je namenjen vsem IIBA članom (aktivnim in bivšim), simpatizerjem in podpornikom IIBA Slovenija ter vsem, ki bi želeli izvedeti več o prihodnosti poslovne analitike. 

Predavanje: INITIATION TO #HOLISTICBUSINESSANALYSIS​

‘Holism’ originates from the Greek word ‘holos’ (= ‘all’, ‘whole’, ‘entire’) and is the concept that systems (physical, biological, social, economic …) are to be viewed as wholes, not just as a collection of its parts.

BA’s are very often absorbed by their work on solutions, customer journeys, business processes … all initiatives with a certain level of impact on the whole organisation.

As such, when performing #HolisticBusinessAnalysis you look at an organisation as a whole and not only as a collection of employees, business domains, customers, processes, systems, change initiatives, etc…

The speaker will initiate you into the world of #HolisticBusinessAnalysis, including the different organisational levels on which it can be performed, the various types of requirements/stakeholders/scope … and how all of these are related.

This session will:

• Invite you to see an organisation as a whole as well as a collection of its parts.
• Explore the BA profession beyond the tasks and techniques.
• Introduce you to concepts & techniques essential to #HolisticBusinessAnalysis.

O predavatelju:
Being passionate about business analysis, Stefan Bossuwé founded together with a small group of BA enthusiasts the IIBA® Brussels Chapter (covering Belgium and Luxembourg) in 2009, where he got appointed as Chairman and remained in that role for more than 10 years. In January 2021 he became the EMEA Regional Deputy Director Europe for IIBA Global while remaining Ambassador for the IIBA Brussels Chapter.
He’s got 30 years of professional experience in various roles and in about 20 different business domains, and became in 2012 the very first CBAP® in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Stefan assists organisations in increasing their maturity on business analysis: coaching, introducing and deploying methodologies & best practices, etc …
Stefan firmly believes in the importance of business analysis. He spends much of his time in promoting the business analysis profession and shares his knowledge and experience as a speaker at various international conferences and seminars.
